Sofia Stein

Sofia lives in the Bay Area, and is currently a sophomore at Lick-Wilmerding high school. She's really interested in business, entrepreneurship, and computer science. She's currently an intern and contributing editor for Girls Crushing It, which is a nonprofit organization that teaches young girls entrepreneurship. She also is currently attending the start up incubator Leangap. In her free time, she likes to garden, volunteer, read, run, and draw.

Sofia has learned a lot about coding over the years. Starting from learning in class and then learning on her own, Sofia is able to code in python, javascript, html, and css.

ACE

Currently, Sofia has just co-founded ACE Marketplace a celebrity charity auction platform where celebrities can use their influence to give back to their communities.

My app idea centers around providing different teen and high school oriented opportunities like summer programs, internships, or volunteer opportunities. It will provide direct links to applications and ways to filter by location, type of work, category of work, and whether it is remote or not.

Marketing
This app would target teenagers who are looking for ways to get involved in their communities, gain new experiences, and learn more about the world. It would have opportunities for middle schoolers to high schoolers
