Hi, I am Elsa. I live in California and I am currently a student at Lick-Wilmerding High school.
I love art and technology, which founded my passion for mobile app development. When I am not on my laptop, I am either training at my local Krav Maga institute, participating in school activities or causing havoc in my kitchen.

Mobile app developer

I am a self taught flutter mobile app developer who can work with APIs and data servers, create beautiful UI and easily incorporate animations. In addition, with the help of flutter, my apps can be published to IOS and android stores with only one code base.

Mobile app designer

I was a product design intern at Atlas, where I learned the basics of compelling and intuitive UI/UX. I also learned how to effectively communicate my ideas, work with figma to build flowcharts and collaborate with other designers.

Artist

I am an artist experienced with the digital medium to create eye catching original illustrations. The program I primarily use for drawing is Procreate, but I am also adept with FireAlpaca.

Spelling App

About

The app centers around helping elementary and middle schoolers memorize the spelling of challenging words. By using my experience with spelling apps as a dyslexic middle schooler, I designed my ideal spelling app by combining visual, auditory, and interactive learning techniques.

Marketing

The app will find the target audience though schools, parents and learning counselors that we will connect with. The app will serve as a resource for students that have trouble with literature and/or students trying to learn english.

The spelling app is unique because the user has the ability to create their own spelling cards and the app uses handwriting recognition instead of keyboards to enable a more stimulating experience that will help inforce teachings.
